Sir Everton's Cut:
Sir Everton de
Courcy Weekes, KCMG, GCM, OBE
was a classic and stylish batsman. One of the ‘Three W’s’ (Sir Clyde
Walcott and Sir Frank Worrell being the other two) Sir
Everton made his Test debut against England in 1948. He is
the only player ever to have scored five consecutive test
centuries and seven consecutive fifties.
What a treasure to add to your collection, this piece was
carefully crafted to exhibit the
superb
elegance of this unforgettable campaigner.

Deryck Murray's take:
Deryck
Murray, wicket keeper/batsman from Port of Spain,
Trinidad and Tobago is the personification of dependability
and consistency. Unchallenged for 62 Tests as a West Indian
icon, Mr Murray also took to the field for Warwickshire in
the English County Championships. Captured here as he
celebrates one of his many deft and exciting catches- where
else can there be such a celebration of victory after too
many hours of toil?- The Murray take deserves its place in
your board room.

Larry Gomes' glance:
Larry Gomes reached icon status, having been inducted in the hall of fame,
irrespective of his being called up as a second to replace the
best after they defaulted to Kerry Packer. This all-rounder
respected the game as an appropriate medium to exhibit
endurance. Mr. Gomes endured. We depict here one of his noted
moments of flamboyance, and that is our point. He was not
a flamboyant player but he was good; and good people are entitled to be
flamboyant, from time to
time.
